No. Calisthenics is built around mastering your own bodyweight. A mat and some open space is all you need. We'll work with what you have.
We offer both. Book via Calendly and select your preference. Online sessions are conducted over video call; in-person availability depends on your location — reach out first.
Absolutely. We work with people at all levels. If you can't do a single push-up right now, that's our starting point and we'll build from there.
We give practical, personalised guidance on what to eat, how much, and when — based on your goals (fat loss, muscle gain, energy). We don't hand you a rigid meal plan you'll abandon; we help you build sustainable habits.
We're building our results portfolio. We want to earn your trust with value first. Prices will rise as our track record grows — so the earlier you join, the better the rate you'll lock in.
